Happy Thanksgiving!!

I get to go hang out with this guy for Turkey Day...my cousin Jack. I must say that I'm pretty excited. I also get to see my Grandpa Bob...he's driving all the way from Wyoming just to see me and Jack. The last time I saw him I was only a few days old...I've changed a bit since then. My Mom says this is her favorite meal of the whole year so I'm excited to see what that smells like. I'll post more pics of the big meal soon. Until then, Happy Turkey Day!!

My New Mexican Cousins

Finally, my Mom is letting me post pictures of my cousins from New Mexico!! They met us in Southern California to celebrate Kyle's 4th b-day and for Keira to be officially introduced to the family. In case you forgot...she has three older brothers and I am one month older than her exactly!! She is so cute my Mom wanted to take her home with us!! So, without further ado, here are more of my many cousins.....

Me and Keira...and let me tell you the paparazzi was going crazy when we were sitting next to each other! You'd think they had never seen two good looking babies sitting next to each other. What a bunch of nut jobs!!

This is my cousin Ryan. He is Keira's oldest brother. He's 8. My Mom says he's the best big brother to have....she whispered to me that when I get a sibling, she hopes I'm as nice as Ryan is to his brothers and sister.

This is Tyler. He is 6. My Mom thinks he's a little comedian.

And, this is Kyle. He turned 4 when we were there. My Mom loved talking to him. If I wasn't there, I think she really would've tried to kidnap him.

You should remember everyone in this photo now except for my Uncle Shaun and Aunt Jen. Hopefully, you remember my Grandpa and Grandma.
My Grandma had me a good portion of the time when my parents were talking to my cousins. But, I will tell you that I heard A LOT of laughing from my Mom and Dad and my cousins. I know my Mom and Dad wish we lived closer to them...maybe someday. Until then, I can't wait to get bigger to see what all the laughing was about!!!
p.s. Don't you think my Aunt Jen and my Mom kinda look alike? Scary huh? Don't be suprised if I get them confused someday.

Ooooh Daad!!!

Have I told you how totally awesome I think my Dad is? He is so funny! I love to hang out with him...but only when I'm in a good mood. When I'm cranky or tired, I want my Mom. But, my Dad is full of good times!! He is probably the funniest person I know. My Mom thinks she's funniest...but she's not...Dad has her beat! If I hear my Dad upstairs I crane my neck until I can see him or I talk really loud until he pays attention to me. I love, love, love my Dad!!!

Introducing....

...my Grandpa Jim!!! Last time we went down to So. Cal. my Mom forgot to take a picture of the two of us. My Mom says that I look like my Grandpa Jim. I think she forgot that I'm adopted...duh!! She says that I have the same color hair as him, but again, she's losing her mind...did she not notice that he has gray hair?? She says that at one time he had reddish brown hair too. She also says that I have the same shaped face as him...round. I think, she thinks, I look like him because of my belly...we match!! Anyway, I like my Grandpa Jim...he's funny. He likes to play games with me..one of which he balances me in the palm of his hand and moves me around...my Grandma HATES it when he does this. I think that's why he does it...to irritate her. Don't tell my Grandmas, but, my Dad does this same trick. I LOVE IT!!!

This One Is For You Aunt Mary

My Aunt Mary instructed me to put this picture on my blog. I smile all the time now and I talk too...my Mom calls it cooing, but I call it talking. One of the reasons we went to LA last week was becauuse it was my Aunt Mary's b-day...she turned 23. So, on Saturday I went with my Mom, Grandma, Mary, Carla and Kyle to shop at The Grove... I don't mind shopping because I got to be held the whole time...that pretty much equals heaven to me. So, this picture is on our way out the door to do some shopping. After the shopping we met my Dad, Grandpa and two of Aunt Mary's friends for some dinner off of Hollywood Blvd. Supposedly it was some good eats.

My Mom says that we'll post more pictures later. She finally took a picture of me with my Grandpa Jim. He's a funny guy. I also got to meet my New Mexico cousins and Jack and I got to play some more. My grandmas and grandpas went bananas over me. It was overall a pretty fun trip.

My Very First Halloween

Well, Halloween turned out to be more fun than I thought. My cousins, Simon and Helene, came to my house to go trick or treating with me. It was raining pretty hard though so we only went to a few houses. Man, my cousins LOVE Halloween...especially Helene. She not only dressed up as Alice in Wonderland, but she really BECAME Alice. It was crazy. My Mom and Dad dressed me up as a skeleton...so I was thinking how do I ACT like a skeleton....you can't do that, can you?

Here's Alice...ahem, I mean Helene. If she wasn't my cousin, I'd think she was cute.
This is Mr. Incredible....I mean Simon.

This is the trick or treating crew. My Mom stayed home to pass out candy. In the back row is My Uncle Tyson, then me and my Dad and then my Aunt Kelly...she was the Mad Hatter. And, then obviously on the bottom row is Mr. Incredible and Alice.

Here's my Dad and I ready to go get some candy. My Mom thinks its funny when he puts me in this backpack thing..she says it looks like mini-me from some movie called Austin Powers. I love this back pack thing...it lets me see EVERYTHING!!!

This is me after our trick or treating adventure. I needed to stretch out after that ordeal.

These next two pictures is to show you all what I look like at 12 lbs & 3 1/4 oz. and 22 3/4 inches long!! I went to the Doctor today and he was pretty impressed with my eating abilities. So, my Mom had to take MORE pictures of my fatty cheeks and the beginning of what my Mom calls a "Budda belly". What the heck does that mean?

I heard the Doctor tell my parents that I'm doing great! So, I guess that's like an A+ on a report card or something. My Mom had all sorts of questions she was asking....she's a bit crazy, but I think I've said that a time or two. Tomorrow, I'm going to Southern California to see my grandparents, aunts, uncles and a ton of cousins. So, I should have an entertaining post when we get back. Cuz my Mom must've gotten her crazy from somewhere!!
I forgot to remind you all that I'm 2 months old today!! And, my Rachel tells me that she's not the only one that reads my blog....so for all you lurkers out there, please feel free to leave a comment if you want to. You don't have to have a blog to leave a comment. You can be anonymous if you want. My Mom is nagging me to tell my grandparents (adoptive and birth) that they're suppose to leave comments too!! Don't be shy.
Until next time......
