Some Randoms

Mom and I are posting a lot of random pictures completely out of order, but they all tell a story. So enjoy my randomness....

I got the flu about a month ago. Aunt Mary came over one night to make sure my Mom was taking good care of me. She fed me some rice and thought it was soo funny that it stuck to my belly!! She laughs at just about everything I do though. That's why Mom says I should call her "Aunt Ha Ha". Cuz all that chick does is laugh at me!! Thanks Aunt Ha Ha for coming over when I didn't feel so good and for making sure Mom was doing her job!!

This is Jack and me at the San Diego Zoo. It was my first trip to the zoo and I loved it!! So much to see!! I got to go with Grandma and Grandpa Kesler, Jack and then Aunt Kelly and Uncle Peter met up with us when they were done with work. Aunt Kelly bought my Mom and Dad annual passes, so now we can go whenever we want!! I actually went last week too. Man, I love that place!!!

Good ol' Jack Jack. He is always happy and smiling. I'm so glad I live close to him so we can hang out together!!

This is my cousin, Rebekah. She came and stayed with us for a week!! I was in hog heaven. She's by far the best babysitter E.V.E.R. (besides my Grandmas and Grandpas, of course)!! We went to the beach and she played peek-a-boo with me through the umbrella. She is soo much fun!! She never got tired of playing with me.

This is at the end of a very long day at Sea World. Mom said we had to upload this picture cuz "it's soooo cute"!!! She thinks everything is cute!

This is Rebekah and Mom waiting for a show to start at Sea World. I'm so excited that she just moved to CA....she use to live in AZ, but now she's only 45 minutes away!! The best part is, she lives on our way to Sea World and the Zoo!! I am one lucky boy!

This is at my friends, Paris and Ivy's, pool. They have the best pool toys to gnaw on. I like to "swim" and splash everyone...especially my Mom. But, she never wants to get her hair wet! What's that all about? We're going swimming, duh?!?!?

This is my cousin, Patrick, and I playing together at Grandma Shauna's house. He's my friend. I like my cousin. Mom says that Patrick "mad dogs" everyone like I do, but I'll smile a lot faster than Patrick will.

We went to eat dinner after a long day at Sea World. Aunt Amber says that Patrick was very very tired. And, Mom had to take this picture cuz Patrick was actually smiling. He has bigger cheeks than me, but I'm working on catching up with him....he's got a 9 month head start.

This is my Uncle Jimmy and Patrick. Mom says that Patrick is my Uncle Jimmy's "mini me". Uncle Jimmy is my Mom's only brother. She says that Patrick get his "mad dogging" skills from Uncle Jimmy. I don't know what she's talking about though, cuz Uncle Jimmy is pretty funny. He just likes to act tough.

And, this is my cousin James. I love his sunglasses. Mom loves his red hair. James is Patrick's older brother. From what I saw, he's a good older brother. Mom laughed all the time at James. She says he has a "cute personality". What does that mean?

Catch Up!!

I've been so busy lately, I haven't been able to post. I've had a lot of visitors, BBQ's, days at the beach, the pool, learning to walk, cutting two teeth, Sea World (again) and the San Diego Zoo!! I'll tease you with a few pictures, but you don't get all of what I've been up to at once. The pictures are out of order cuz I always forget how to upload them right. Enjoy!!!

This is actually on the Fourth of July. Mom, Dad and I went to the beach with Grandma Dee & Grandpa Marv. They parked their 5th wheel there so we could be warm and eat food without sand in it. It was a dang good time. I was soo very tired by the time we got home.

I love to laugh.

Uncle Shaun, Aunt Jen, Ryan, Tyler, Kyle and Keira came all the way from New Mexico to go the beach with me! My cousins are so nice, I wish they lived closer. My Uncle Dan came from Sacramento to see me too. Man, that guy is funny.

This is Ivy and Paris. Paris is the bigger of the two girls. They have a brand new baby sister, Eden, that I like to stare at. Anyhow, Paris and Ivy came to the beach with me too. I was standing and right when my Mom took this picture I decided I needed to crawl.

Here's Grandma Dee and I. It was sooo very windy at the beach, we stayed up by the 5th wheel a good portion of the time and ate a TON of food. Good times, good times.

Mom says this is my whiney face. I did this a lot when I cut my first tooth. Mom was so relieved when it finally popped up....apparently, I was pretty cranky.

Here's me getting ready to walk across the room for the very first time. I was so excited that Grandpa Marv came over to see me I had to show off my new skill.

And, here it is...me walking across the room a few days before I was 10 months old. Mom so wasn't ready for this. I heard Dad giving her a hard time later....I guess she cried a little bit cuz I'm not such a baby anymore. She says "it went too fast."

Happy Father's Day!!

Happy Father's Day Dad!!! You are the best! You're also my favorite, but don't tell Mom (our little secret). Dad does all the fun stuff and lets me get away with everything!! I've said before how awesome my Dad is, but everyday he just gets better and better. I love when Dad puts me up on his shoulders, throws me up in the air and tickles me. He is one big jungle gym and he doesn't care that I love to crawl all over him!! Dad wakes up with me in the morning....Mom likes to sleep in.....so Dad does morning. The rest of the day and the evening I'm with Mom ALL. DAY. LONG.!! So, I love morning with Dad. He gives me mounds and mounds of cheerios, my favorite. He'll even watch Sesame Street with me. Thanks Dad for being my Dad. When I grow up I want to be just like you!!!

This is Dad and me "baby proofing" our house. He was trying to show me how to use a drill. I was paying very close attention.

Dad is trying to teach me how to drive. I'm not quite big enough yet, so I just get to steer.
I also want to say Happy Father's Day to my Grandpas!! I love them! I love hanging out with them. I can't wait to learn all the stuff that drives my Mom and Dad crazy. Hope you all have a Happy Daddy's Day!!!

Shamu! Shamu!

This past week has been a very busy week, but a lot of FUN!! My Mom's only brother, my Uncle Jimmy, came to visit. Lucky for me he brought Aunt Amber and my cousins, James and Patrick. This is the first time I met them. Since Uncle Jimmy was in town we got to go to Sea World. Not only that, since Sea World is in San Diego.....we picked up Jack to come along with us. The only bummer was Dad couldn't come....he was working AGAIN!! Enjoy my pictures of Sea World!!!

Here's Mom and I waiting for the Shamu Show to start. I wasn't too excited to wait.

Here's my whiney face. I told you I don't like to wait!! I want it NOW!!

Here's Shamu!! That was pretty fun to watch him jump out of the water and splash the audience. But, I kept getting distracted by the birds flying by!! Too many things to look at. Jack slept through the whole show!!

The trainers and the whales.

The trainers are telling them to get the audience wet!!

Showing off! It was funny to see him get up there.

That trainer is so lucky to get to swim with the whales!

The trainer "dancing" with Shamu.

Scary sharks! We went through a tunnel and they were swimming all around us...even over our heads!!

Grandpa Jim & me.

Me, Aunt Mary and Jack.

Jack, Mom and me.

Baluga Whale. They are so pretty!! Did you know they swim upside down?

Me, Grandma, James and Patrick.

Grandpa Jim and all the boys.

I sure was pooped by the end of the day!! I didn't take a nap until it was time for us to leave. There was so much to look at, how could I nap?
Mom says we have a free pass now until the end of the year so we'll be going again soon. Who wants to go with me?

PLEASE help me take this bumbo off me bum!!!

Well, my Mom borrowed this Bumbo seat from my friends Kim and Ben. Mom loves it! Simply because I cannot "break out" of it. My legs are chubby so its difficult. It can be done, trust me, but sometimes its just not worth the effort. Mom snapped a few pictures....

Happy Mother's Day!

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!

Today mommy isn't helping write this. Dad said he would help. What do i say about the woman I call mommy. She is constantly kissing me and hugging me. I have to pretend I don't like it too much but I do. She also makes me wear all these clothes that she calls "super cute"( I also do alot of things that she says is "super Cute"). Since she dresses my dad also, we both look the same, I do look better though, all the chicks will tell you that. Mommy likes to take me to the beach( I am still not quite sure about the sand there I keep trying to put some in my mouth to make sure it is ok, but you know who wont let me eat it). Mommy likes to take me every where else with her, some times there are other little kids for me to play with. But alot of times this includes places where mommy likes to spend these green paper things. I dont think she likes them as much as Daddy because she likes to give them away and he complains about this and always want to keep them. Every now and then she will let me go somewhere with dad. This is fun because I dont think he knows what he is doing and he will always do what I want him to do. When I get sick mommy holds me and helps me feel better. One thing mommy does is she makes me eat all these vegatables. This is wierd because she doesnt eat them, should I be worried about these vegatables.. Mommy is constantly taking pictures of me( and she doesnt like her picture taken( should I be worried about these camera things?). Should I be worroied about my parents telling me to do things that they wont do? One time when I turned six months old Mommy took me somewhere to get my picture taken. She had me do it with no clothes on. This is OK by me,(when I get older you gotta promise not to tell my friends and espesially not any girls about these pictures) I ldo ike to be naked, but I gotta say dad wasn't real excited about these pictures( I dont think mommy told him about them until they came a couple weeks later, she is sneaky like that).

There are a couple of other crazy women I should mention today. First is Grandma K. You can tell my dad drives her a little crazy. She has a bunch of animals (must be her children because she treats them like that) I like her though she always gets me cool things and really likes seeing me. Next is Grandma Shauna she is also a little crazy( notice a pattern here) She also has an evil twin Carla I like very much. Grandma Shauna is a lot of fun for me. Every time I get sick Grandma Shauna says it is my teeth coming in. Still no teeth. I wish they would come soon because there are so many good things to eat that having teeth would be helpful.

I would also like to say thank you to My Rachel for loving me enough to let me share my life with all these crazy women. Happy Mothers day to her.

Happy Mothers Day, someone tell my mom to quit crying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pictures, Pictures and More Pictures

I'll let the pictures do the talking this time!

This is my first time at the beach!! This is the face I make when its windy...Mom and Dad thinks its very funny.

Mom took me down by the water....it was okay, I guess. I liked watching the waves, but I didn't like it when the water went over my feet. That is some COLD water!!

Dad and I having breakfast together. We prefer the cheerios.

I discovered this week that doors can balance me when I stand, but I have to be careful because they MOVE!! Now that is a good time. Who needs toys?

This is me getting in trouble for something, I'm sure of it. Now that I crawl and pull up on things all the time, Mom is always saying "Grady, no no!" Then she removes me from my mischief. Little does she know that I'm only acting like I don't know what she is saying, but I really do. I think its funny that she sounds like a broken record all day long.

Love my rocking horse. I can only sit and play on it when Mom or Dad is with me, but man do I love that mane! It is so soft and funny feeling. I can't get enough of it!

Me pulling up on Dad's leg. Apparently, this is what it looks like when he is looking down on me. I do this all the time because I love it when he plays with me!

Holding onto Dad. Now if only I could get this walking thing down...I'll really drive my Mom crazy! And, Dad and I will just laugh at her.
